The Wallace Center presents an art exhibit in the Wallace Cafe. Join us for a reception as we highlight and celebrate the works of two extremely talented artists from the Advanced Acrylic Painting class instructed by Lorraine Gelard.
Marilyn Gabriel, 86, a retired art teacher and professional sculptor with a lifelong passion for creating—from welding sculptures, working with clay in France, teaching and creating art work at churches — discovered painting at the Wallace Center.
Shayne Spezzano Muller is a self-taught artist who has honed her skills over the past four years through personal study and classes at the Wallace Center. Her detailed, textured compositions reflect a strong creative vision despite no formal training.
Light refreshments will be served and music will be provided by Greenwich Country Day School Students.
